You know the most about yourself and the moving variables around you. Kerri's role as coach is to help you slow down to leverage your knowledge and strengths.
Coaching is not mentoring and it is not therapy.
In this coaching partnership, you are responsible to come to each session with celebrations of your growth as a leader (evidence that you are making progress), a topic you want to untangle with Kerri, and together, you agree on what the "homework" before the next coaching session.

Individual Coaching 6-pack — (6-sessions) This one-on-one coaching package is intended to dig deep over an intensive six-week period. The 6-pack coaching session is ideal for high-performing leaders and high-potential employees who are open to exploring their blind spots and accelerating their performance.
This package includes a Hogan Leadership Assessment (report and debrief) and unlimited access to Kerri outside of the coaching sessions.
Individual Coaching 12-pack — (12-sessions) In addition to the first no-cost 45-minute session, this package includes one 45-minute session per week for 12 weeks. This package is suited to high performing leaders and high potential employees who are open to exploring their blind spots and accelerating their performance.
Ad Hoc Coaching Sessions — A one-on-one coaching session designed for high-performing leaders and high-potential employees who are open to exploring their blind spots and accelerating their performance, this 45-minute coaching session is flexible, yet structured to suit your emerging needs.
Group Coaching Sessions — These sessions are useful for a variety of scenarios such as: strategic planning, change management, solidifying new leader and employee relationships, and conflict resolution, and more! The coach's role is to hold each individual responsible for his/her role in helping make progress, as well as identify those group behaviors that may get in the way of the group achieving ambitious outcomes.
Shadow Coaching - Shadow coaching is an intense form of coaching where the coach shadows the leader and observes the leader in action. The shadow coaching experience intensifies the leader's self-awareness and identifies those helpful and hindering behaviors that the leader may not know (s)he is doing. This highly tailored experiences is designed in partnership with the coachee.
